we should be warming and honest to cooperative partners. The
other one is in the inner of the company, every branch and employee

will promote develop0ment of the company, and development
of the company is the root of individual improving. Every
employee should acknowledge that the job is his self work
actually. Through the learning, every employee can improve
his capacities to achieve the final goal-- create values for
the company. On the other hand, development of the company
will provide better circumstances for the staff.
