£ £ We introduced product graph, technical parameters, processing, detection standard ,production management and QC of GN250 motorcycle & engine and EN125 engine of SUZUKI Motor Corporation; we invested 90 million US dollars on advanced facilities and moulds, matching engine parts processing line, painting line, assembly line, pressing& welding line, complete detection facilities. At present, we have annual production capacity of 200 thousand motorcycles and 300 thousand engines.

 £ £ From 1999, the company is under Dajiang Group control to build enterprise culture and adjust development strategy, which increase our businesses. In these three years, we accomplished to produce key parts of GN250 engine domestically. Complied with technical standard and detection standard, the company produced GN250 motorcycle and engine, EN125 engine independently. Our products reached Japanese KD standard and utilized SUZUKI warranted by SUZUKI Motor Corporation. These products are in the leading position in China and exported to USA, South America, South Africa, Iran and Hong Kong,ect. Besides that, we developed EG35W serial engine(125CC) and EG12U serial engine(110CC) which are in the advanced standard in China. We provide state name brand Haojue motorcycle with 20000 sets per month. Meanwhile, we increased investment on R/D, and we added 30 test and detection equipments in recent two years.

£ £  SUZUKI Motorcycle Corporation has international advanced technology , and Guangdong Dajiang is a outstanding motor enterprise in China. 21% R/D staffing in total guarantees products reaches the standard of SUZUKI and possesses advanced engine development capacity. In recent years, we adopt CAD and UG on product development.

£ £ In addition, we pay more attention on informatization construction, so we achieved financing computer control and adopted computer assisted management system in product development, production management, matching system, quality control,ect. In the purpose of enhancing managerial standard and sharing information, we established LAN in 2002.
